We keep on updating & improving our printing methods & techniques. We strive to adopt advanced technology & implement innovative ideas. We use the following printing methods to provide the best quality products to our customers.

2. What is your printing process? What technology is used to print on t-shirts?

Currently, we at Daataadirect use the most advanced printing technology which is DTF (Direct to film) Printer.

  1. What type of file do you accept?

We always recommend our customers to send files in PNG type in order to get a high resolution & better quality print. However, no need to worry we always contact you to discuss & help you to get the best quality clear print.

  1. What is the maximum print size?

The maximum print size is 3500 pixels. You must provide complete details in order to get delivery on time.

  1. What is the best file format for submitting a customized document for printing?

We accept all file formats, PNG file format is preferable for submitting your customized image. As it has built-in transparency and it also provides higher color depth, which results in a vibrant image.

  1. Do you offer any discounts on bulk orders?

Yes, we do offer a discount on bulk order

  1. What are the minimum/maximum order quantities?

Minimum is 1 and Maximum may depend on the stock availability.

  1. On which products do you offer customization?

We offer customization/personalization on T-shirts, hoodies, sweatshirts, bags, caps, polo shirts, mugs, key chains, aprons & customized stickers as well.

  1. Do you print copyright images?

In order to avoid infringement of copyrights, we do not print copyright images of any band, movie, or logo without the permission of the copyright holder. An alternative to this would be to get an idea of text or image from that logo, band, or movie & design it in your own style with different font & text style.

Our Return & Exchange Policy:

We strive to give you the best online shopping experience, but at times customers might have an issue with a product they order and what they received. We have a flexible Return & Exchange policy.

Customer satisfaction always comes first. So, if in any rare event you get a defected item, Daataadirect will offer you the following:

  • Get it exchanged with another item.
  • Provide you with a promotional coupon for your next purchase equivalent to the cost of the item to be returned.

  1. How can I exchange my order?

You can easily get your order exchanged, and send your order (it must be in its original condition & with the purchase invoice) along with that send us an email at. Mentioning the return of an item and what would you like to exchange it for.

  1. What should I do if I receive the wrong order or order with damaged packaging?

By any chance we have made the mistake of sending you the wrong order, you are requested to send us images of the wrong/defective item at  within 72 hours of delivery. We will send your right order and provide you with a refund of postage as well.

We don’t accept customized orders for return & exchange. Prior to printing, every customized order is discussed in detail with the customer.
